Developing New Treatments for Heart Disease Using iPS Cell Technology

What you keep in mind in your work and research

I am engaged in research that applies iPS cell technology to develop new treatments for cardiovascular diseases. Creating cardiac organoids and conducting validation experiments using animal models of heart disease are challenging tasks, and we often struggle to achieve the desired results. However, I firmly believe that our work will one day help save patients suffering from heart failure, a condition expected to continue increasing in the future. With this conviction, my research team and I are working together to produce findings that can be effectively translated into clinical practice. One of the key principles I adhere to is ensuring that no scientific ambiguities remain in our research, as I believe this is crucial to ultimately developing treatments that will truly benefit patients.
